We are pleased to invite you to the presentation of the 4th edition of the study results, carried out by IEIF on the French corporate real estate financing market, on September 28, from 8.45am to 11am, in the FFB auditorium.
The 2022 study analyses the 2021 data and provides a complete overview of the CRE financing market, as well as the 2022 and 2023 outlook, in a new inflationary and interest rate context.
The total outstanding amount of the sample - which includes 24 contributors - now reaches 95 billion euros, up 14% compared to 2021.
During this session, we will detail the evolution of the market in terms of the type of assets invested and projects financed, the characteristics of the loans granted and their conditions, as well as the outlook for this market, along with in-depth interviews with all the contributors.
This presentation will be followed by a round table discussion with major players in the French CRE financing market.
